Gastronomie Grandl GmbH is the arena caterer and has the exclusive rights to serve the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle and der Porsche-Arena. It applies to all public areas and all other facilities in the two arenas. Staff catering can be provided by the organisers themselves in a suitable room backstage in each of the two arenas.

Security service:
XXL Sicherheit
Event organisers are required to use our security service for all aspects of visitor security.

Cloakroom service:
The cloakroom service has been outsourced and there is a charge of 2.00 € for each piece of clothing. For closed or private events, organisers will be billed for the cloakroom attendants.

Cleaning service:
Raumpflege AG 
The Raumpflege team is responsible for all cleaning services in both arenas.
