Music, sport, show – there is always a buzz in the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle. For more than 30 years, about 600,000 sport and music fans have been annually celebrating their idols and savouring the atmosphere. 

Stage free for the big stars belonging to the international music scene. Queen and the unforgettable Freddie Mercury and the star tenor Luciano Pavarotti have both captivated music fans when performing in the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle, Stuttgart is foremost on the tour schedule of many music stars and concert promoters – whether Anastacia, George Michael, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pink, R.E.M., Justin Timberlake, The Fantastischen Vier, Pur or Sting – they set the tone at their concerts in the Schleyer-Halle. Fantastic magic and dance shows in addition to classical and musical productions round off the portfolio in the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle. 

There are over 100 events annually on the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle schedule: the colourful mixture ranges from the Porsche Music Night to the International STUTTGART GERMAN MASTERS  Horse Show to concert highlights Katie Melua, Mark Knopfler, Kylie Minogue, Celine Dion, Kiss, Howard Capendale, Rosenstolz or comedians like Mario Barth.

The Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle was opened on 14 September 1983 and then enlarged and modernised in spring 2006. During the course of the building of the Porsche-Arena next door to the Schleyer-Halle, additional stands were incorporated and the spectator and gastronomy areas were enlarged and modernised. A glass and airy connecting building unites the two indoor arenas. The modern foyer with large cloakrooms and spacious piazzas enables both arenas to be used in unison for large events.

Handball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, ice hockey, concerts, company events, annual general meetings – the Porsche-Arena is quite brilliant at transforming itself and offers almost unlimited possibilities The infield area totals approx 2,000 m². Depending on the event, various surfaces can be laid in the hall. There´s even a permanently installed ice rink ready and waiting to be used at any time. It can be quickly uncovered making it possible to also stage shows like Holiday on Ice. 

The Porsche-Arena is also highly flexible as a result of the special construction used for the lower rows of seating which can be quickly and simply installed according to requirements. Short turnaround times are thus guaranteed and save time in the often vary short changeover phases between events. 

In addition to the Porsche-Arena itself, the following rooms and areas are also available:

- The Business Area offers space for approx 350 persons
