The Schleyer-Hall and the Porsche-Arena are integrated into the traffic management system in the Stuttgart city area. The spacious sports and leisure area is grouped together under the name NeckarPark Stuttgart.

The traffic ban in the so-called "small environmental zone" - i.e. in the Stuttgart basin, Bad Cannstatt, Feuerbach and Zuffenhausen - has been in force all year round since July 1, 2020 for all diesel-powered vehicles of the Euro 5/V emission standard and worse. The introduction is subject to further court decisions. The traffic ban was ordered by the state of Baden-Württemberg and is a measure of the 5th update of the clean air plan. The state capital Stuttgart was instructed by the regional council to implement the measure at the beginning of June.

The diesel traffic ban for Euro 5/V vehicles applies in addition to the city-wide diesel traffic ban for vehicles of Euro 4/IV and worse that has been in place since January 2019.
