RAF Camora:

"I've had problems with severe tinnitus and a recurring hearing loss since October. I often wake up at night and suddenly hear nothing for minutes on end during the day in various situations, except for a high-pitched beeping sound. I thought a short break after XV would be enough to help me recover, but I was wrong. It's scary for me as a musician, but anyone who's had it knows what I'm talking about. I've been in studios and rehearsal rooms and playing gigs since I was 12. In 2021-2023 alone, I played 3 tours and released 5 albums. I have overloaded myself. It's hard for me to accept being "injured", but my body has been sending me clear signals since October. I didn't listen to them in 2019 and I won't repeat this mistake in 2024. I therefore ask my fans to understand my decision to postpone all upcoming events to give myself time to recover. There is too much at stake for me. The doctors have ordered me to take an urgent rest and it would be foolhardy to take the risk of no longer being able to do the job I love.

The tour will take place in the last quarter of this year. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the fans, the crew and my booking agency. Having to postpone a tour is extremely stressful for myself and everyone involved. It will be a challenge to take a break. I will withdraw from all social media and will not release anything apart from the feature songs I have already recorded until I am fit again - at best even a bit fitter than I was. Thank you to everyone who is thinking of me, this support means a lot to me. One step back means two steps forward."
