Wheelchair users or persons with a walking disability are offered the following services and support respectively when visiting the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Hall:

Parking
At the P10 car park, Cannstatter Wasen, there are sufficient parking spaces exclusively for people with disabilities in the immediate vicinity of the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle. The marked spaces are located in car park sector "A" along Tal-/Mercedesstraße. Parking is free of charge on presentation of a disabled person's pass with the appropriate marking. Sufficient reserved parking spaces are also available for these people in the NeckarPark in the event of increased traffic.

Access
Wheelchair users or persons with a walking disability can access the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Hall via a separate entrance on the Mercedesstraße. The entrance is situated under the Willi-Daume-Steg footbridge close to the taxi stand. From there the arena can be accessed via a ramp with a ten per cent gradient. Security and arena staff will be very happy to assist in the search for wheelchair spaces or seats and in any other way.

Seating in the stands
For concerts or shows without seating, there are sufficient seats available for wheelchair users in the indoor grandstands F or G.
For events with seating, the organizer offers a number of accessible seats for wheelchair users in various price categories. Accompanying persons are of course always seated in the immediate vicinity.

Sanitary facilities
The Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Hall has a total of seven sanitary facilities suitable for disabled persons. Each is appropriately equipped with emergency buttons and plugs. On the same level as the infield, they are situated in the yellow stairwell (two toilets) and in the blue stairwell (one toilet). Two additional toilets for disabled persons are situated in the concourse opposite blocks 39 and 40. Access to the infield from there is via a lift close by. In addition, there are further toilets for disabled persons in the passageway to Room 1 and close to the event organiser offices.
