Lost items

If you have forgotten or lost something in the Hallenduo, please feel free to write us an email: info(at)hallenduo.de 

We are available on weekdays from 09.00 -16.00.

Please note that found items usually take 1-2 days to be delivered to the administration and the cases can be processed.

The mail should contain the following information:

  • What was lost/forgotten? Please describe the item.
  • When/at what event was the item lost/forgotten?
  • If you left something at the coat check or in the luggage container, please let us know the number of the coat check/luggage tag.

If the lost items are not collected, we will hand them over after approx. one month to the
