Bag ban

The ban applies to bags and backpacks as well as gym/cloth bags from a size of DIN A4 (21 cm x 29.7 cm). Deviating from this, stricter regulations of the respective organizer may apply. Please check the latest information about the respective event on the event details page before your visit.

Bag drop-off

For bags and backpacks that fall under the ban, there is a bag drop-off fee at the majority of events. The baggage container is located below the entrance/jetty, on Mercedesstraße. The cost is 3 € / piece of luggage.

Prohibited items

In addition to large bags, all hard or bulky objects that can be used or thrown as weapons are not permitted. This includes notebooks and tablets, but also weapons, photo, film and sound recording devices, fireworks and glass bottles. Therefore, please leave these in your car if possible.
If this is not possible, you can leave these items outside the hall duo for a fee.

Admission start

We generally recommend that all visitors arrive early at the hall duo in order to take advantage of the respective full admission time. Exact admission times can be found in our event calendar about two weeks before the event.
