Luggage larger than DIN A4 may not be brought into the hall and can be stored in self-service lockers. The locker system is cashless and can be used 24 hours a day for a fee. Lockers can be booked or reserved in advance at the following locations:

- right next to the main entrance
- behind the hall on the plateau

For certain events, you also have the option of leaving your luggage in an outdoor luggage container. In this case, a container is located below the main entrance. If needed, a second container is available behind the hall for double-header events.

Coat check areas are located in the lower foyer and in Hall 1 of the Hallenduo. Some of these can also be used cashless via your cell phone. The coat check areas that are open are signposted at each event. In the summer, there may be times when no coat check is available.

There are two cashless locker systems in the lower foyer. These can be used at any event for a small fee, but cannot be booked or reserved in advance.
