Our free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hall duo: “Hallenduo Public Wifi.”

Is your battery dead?

There are two power bank stations in the upper foyer next to the ATM. Here, you can rent a power bank for a fee and a deposit to charge your electronic devices on the go. The deposit will be refunded as soon as you return the power bank.

Easy Ticket presale and box office

Tickets are available from the Easy Ticket Service.

For events that are not sold out, the box office at the main entrance will be open and tickets can be purchased as Print@Home via Easy Ticket until shortly before the start.

People with restrictions

The hall duo offers separate entrances for wheelchair users and persons with disabilities. In addition, the halls are equipped with sufficient handicapped-accessible sanitary facilities as well as separate spectator seating (more information under Wheelchair Users). Our staff on site will be happy to help you.

Changing facilities

Changing tables are available in the wheelchair toilets in the Schleyer-Halle near blocks 39/40 and in the Porsche-Arena in the lower foyer. The rooms are marked accordingly.

Ear protection

If it is too loud for you at an event in the hall duo, you can buy earplugs from vending machines. There are also “Mickey Mice” available at the checkroom for a small fee, especially for younger visitors.
