Jason Derulo wins "Sold Out" award at the Porsche Arena

21.03.2024

With a completely sold-out venue, Jason Derulo received the coveted "Sold Out"-award at the Porsche Arena on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.

Shortly before his performance, René Otterbein, department head of the indoor duo, presented the coveted prize to Jason Derulo on behalf of in.Stuttgart Veranstaltungsgesellschaft, Luisa Klein from local promoter Music Circus Concertbüro and Sascha Gerbig as representative of Derulo's tour agency Neuland Concerts.

Following the award presentation, 6,000 enthusiastic fans celebrated the concert evening, accompanied by spectacular show interludes, fireworks and fountains - just as the "Nu King" of pop deserves. The American RnB artist returned to Stuttgart for the first time in six years

Since Derulo landed a mega hit with his debut single "Watcha Say" in 2009, which went platinum five times in the USA alone, he has been one of the world's top RnB and pop artists. The songwriter and singer has sold more than 250 million records in his amazing career to date, achieved almost 20 billion streams and built up a huge fan base on social media. After the 2015 album "Everything Is 4", however, Derulo took a longer break before celebrating his long-awaited, triumphant return with his fifth album "Nu King", released this February.
